Shit Straight UF Guys Probably Don't Say

(Source:)

The video is pretty accurate, but we can't imagine any guys who creep on girls at club let-outs saying any of this. The only thing missing is: "Sweetheart, you know The Set Is Dead".

Our Favorites:
1. Who the fuck goes to Gator Nights?
2. Can these stupid bells shut the fuck up?
3. Damn these stupid bicycles!

The STATUS Problem

It’s Friday night, The Black Community. The goons are lurking, college students are looking to make bad decisions, and the Gainesville Police Department is looking to fill their arrest quota. No other place in Gainesville could satisfy all three of these requirements than our own legendary STATUS nightclub. Once you get past that Greek Skip Line, it’s 300 square feet of cramped Black People, Lacefronts, and Death.

Game Over

Yesterday was a momentous event in the Black Community, the season premiere of The Game. Everything in The Black World came to halt as soon as 10pm struck. Violence ended, studying stopped, and weave stores closed. The entire The Black Community was sitting snuggly on their couch, Twitter uploaded, ready to be more entertained by their timeline than the poorly written show. Somewhere a forgotten rapper mistakenly thought the world was hype for his career. Try again, Jayceon.

Spring Forward

Here we are in the Spring Semester, The Black Community. We come back to campus after getting our Precious with Christmas Food, sitting on Mom’s Couch watching TV for hours, and indulging in copious amounts of alcohol during New Years. We have a full 5 months ahead of us until we get through the certified boring semester, and get to the semester that really matters, Summer.

TSID's Year in Review

Before we move forward into 2012, The Black Community, let’s take a look back at how we got here. 2011 was a great year for entertainment at the expense of others. People were making bad decisions and Black People Twitter and a newly introduced The Set Is Dead was there to cover it. We’ll start at the beginning of the year, June, when our beloved The Set Is Dead was born.  The campus was silent, and The Set empty as always, when we decided to revive the beloved forum of The Black Community and bring it to the Internet.

New Year, Same Lies

Welcome to The New Year, The Black Community. We leave the murderous December of 2011, and catapult directly into January, which is sure to be filled with fake ambitions. No Wale. Each year we in The Black Community take a break from the debauchery and drunk driving of New Years to announce to the world that we are preparing to change our lives for the better, although everybody will be back to their terrible selves by February.

The Circle of Life(styles)

World AIDS day just passed, The Black Community, reminding us all about the dangers of reckless smashing. It was a motivating day of activities. There were wondrous awareness seminars full of big numbers and perplexing statistics. Ninjas were making a big spectacle of ensuring every girl in sight witnessed them reaching for gold wrapped condoms, as they stroked their small egos. Menacing employees from the Health Department had us convinced that sex is the most terrifying thing since the first time you watched The Exorcist. With these important factors in mind, we reflected on the impact of sex in our small community.
